MONDAY: 17:30-18:30
THURSDAY: 10:00-11:00 & 19:30-20:30
SATURDAY: 10:15-12:15

 

Classes run every week with programs running throughout, but feel free to drop into any class at any time. Each program is designed to improve your current lifting level, whether that’s as a complete beginner, intermediate or advanced lifter. Our programs are functional blend of Strength, Mobility and Technique work which have been tried and tested over our years of coaching.

WHAT TO BRING?

– Yourself
– Clothes that are easy for you to move in (e.g. shorts and t-shirt)
– Flat shoes such as converse (or lifting shoes if you have them)
